Celebrated my wife birthday with lunch. It was cold but sunny that day and the restaurant looked great filled with sunlight. The food was good and the service even better. This will definitely be a go-to for a nice lunch or night out.

This has to be one of the best meals we've had out in Cleveland in many years...charming restaurant, great menu, outstanding execution, great service! Not inexpensive, but definitely worth every penny...quite a variety of options, and plan to bring my vegetarian sister on her next visit to Cleveland! This rocked from appetizers to desserts...my only regret was waiting so long to visit here...highly recommend!

I had an amazing dining experience at Charter House Grille! The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. What really made my visit exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Amira. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Amira made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our evening special. It’s not every day you receive service with such genuine care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be back and I’ll be asking for Amira again! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service.
