Casbah offers a broad menu focused on northern Mediterranean-inspired cuisine from Italy, Spain, France and Greece that emphasizes local ingredients. All meals start with warm, house made bread from Eleven’s kitchen. A cheese plate followed by appetizers, a bowl of fresh pasta, or a four-course meal are all possibilities for an evening at Casbah.

The food was amazing - focaccia was great, and the bone marrow risotto was to die for (we added the bone marrow luge for the experience - only the second place we'd been to that offered it so we had to do it again!). Entrees were the squid ink pasta special and the 'fancy fish' (Arctic char with pistachio pesto) - both were delicious. The affogato was unique and the perfect way to wrap up the meal. Drinks were perfectly paired with our food. 5/5!! Service was incredible as well, highly recommend Mark and Alexander - we had some great conversations and they really made the night special. Another table got a variety of desserts that were not in the menu, and were not offered to us either (they looked much better than the ones included in the omakasu).
