Amazing Experience!!! We had an absolutely delightful dining experience at Rumi’s Kitchen in Houston. The ambiance of the restaurant was stunning—warm, inviting, and sophisticated with beautiful lighting and decor that set the tone for a special meal. The food was simply outstanding. We enjoyed a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded our expectations. The Lamb Rack was perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. The Chicken Barg was juicy and seasoned beautifully, while the Koobideh was richly spiced and paired wonderfully with the aromatic rice dishes. The Zereshk Rice added a unique tart and sweet twist that complemented the proteins. We also tried their appetizers, including the Mast Khiyar and Lamb Hummus, which were fresh, creamy, and packed with flavor. To end the meal, the White Chocolate Cardamom Cake and 8-Day Budino were heavenly desserts—light, sweet, and the perfect way to finish. Rumi’s Kitchen truly delivers a fantastic combination of food, service, and atmosphere. The best steak restaurant in Houston. They have one significant flaw; the wine list. There are no reasonably priced wines on their list and many of the wines they do have are extremely overpriced.

Experiencing the 12-course meal at MAD was extraordinary. From the moment we were seated, the service was impeccable, with each course presented cleanly and described with expertise and passion. The staff was attentive, anticipating every need while allowing us to fully savor each dish. Each course offered a balance of flavors, crafted with precision, and presented as true culinary art. The progression from one dish to the next felt seamless, each course adding depth to the overall experience. The pacing was impeccable, giving us ample time to appreciate each creation without feeling rushed and enjoy conversation. MAD delivered a dining experience that was not only a feast for the senses but also a showcase of exceptional service. While we were unable to get a reservation at BCN taste tonight (because they were closed celebrating their Michelin star). MAD was more like an upstart younger sibling rivaling to overtake the former rather than a second choice. MAD provided a meal that left a lasting impression—an elegant, immersive journey that defines fine dining at its best.
