The Audubon Clubhouse is perhaps off the beaten path, but it has become a first-class dining destination since Dickie Brennan’s organization took the helm. It’s not super fancy, nor is the menu particularly cutting edge, but the kitchen knows what it is doing— everything is perfectly cooked and presented. Service is generally excellent, but our server asked if she could “get this out of your way” when our plates were virtually empty and had upside down forks on them. That’s a phrase that never belongs in a restaurant of this caliber. The setting, overlooking the live oaks on the golf course, is beautiful and tranquil, especially when it’s warm enough to dine on the porch.

We have been here several times and each time the food, service, and ambiance are stellar. We were celebrating Valentine’s Day the day after and we had a cozy, romantic area with hearts sprinkled over the table. Thanks you Ruth’s for a wonderful evening!!!!

Went there with my girlfriend for valentine’s day, she enjoyed her mashed potatoes and north atlantic lobster tail while I enjoyed my valentines day special which came with Scallops over beefroot risotto, then a main filet mignon with a north atlantic lobster tail, the desert was a cherry tart kind of pie with whipped cream, strawberries, and dried strawberries on top, all tasted very good and our waitress was attentive while also managing all her other duties so we tipped her well.

I love this place. Came here on a Bday trip from Baltimore and had great service. Food was delicious, place was a vibe, music was good. Will come and grab me a bite to eat everything I come down now!

My wife and I ate here for Valentine’s Day. We had the Oyster Bordelaise appetizer to start. The oyster were cooked perfectly, with a light batter but still an excellent texture and very tasteful seasoning and accompaniment. Caesar salad was also ordered and one of the better salads I’ve had in a quite some time. I order the 6oz Steak and my wife had the shrimp pasta. The pasta was cooked perfectly, excellent sauce and sizeable shrimp (also cooked nicely) Steak was great and so were the roasted potato and mushroom argodolce. First time there. We will definitely be back. Service was also excellent.
