Wait staff moved things on the pace we set: no waiting but never hurried us. The food is good but not great. The Hollandaise could use a touch more white pepper and a bit more lemon, but was very creamy and smooth. As to price, it’s in a hotel so you pay more, but the low noise and wonderful ambience makes it worth it. We had a four top near the fireplace on a rainy day.
