The Mangiare Story
We trace our roots to Republic Chophouse, Green Bay area’s premier steakhouse and standard bearer of fine dining in northeast Wisconsin. Located just down the street from each other and under the same local ownership, Mangiare and Republic are sister restaurants that offer the best dining experiences north of Chicago.
We use only the freshest and most authentic ingredients for the offerings on our Mangiare menu. Featuring balsamic and oils sourced directly from Italy and breads from specialty bakeries, our chefs create intensely satisfying dishes that match the level of service which sets us apart.
Our attention to detail and commitment to excellence holds true regardless of whether your taste for the evening is classic Italian fare in a family-friendly atmosphere at Mangiare or steak in the unpretentious, yet fine dining environment of Republic.

    Chefusion offers a unique dining experience with two distinct atmospheres. The formal downstairs dining room provides an elegant setting, complete with white tablecloths, though casual attire is perfectly acceptable to enjoy the full range of our menu. Inspiration for 1919 Kitchen & Tap was pulled from the feedback of area residents, their love of great food and their appreciation for authenticity. In keeping with those values, the menu is focused on taking new approaches to old favorites. The restaurant incorporates fresh and seasonal ingredients into its offerings, with an emphasis on sourcing locally.
In addition to the great food, 1919 Kitchen & Tap has 80 beer taps with nearly 40 rotating types, a variety of bottled beers, and a selection of thoughtful cocktails.
1919 Kitchen & Tap features industrial, yet warm and rustic finishes to complement the welcoming atmosphere you have come to expect from Lambeau Field. It's a casual restaurant with an elevated approach, bringing the Green Bay area a deliciously different dining experience.

    Second time dining here. Husband and I had a wonderful experience the first time, so we came back with his mom. His Crab and sweet corn mezzaluna and her veal marsala were salty. They were too polite to send it back, and just ate it. My chicken alfredo was fabulous. Arancini and calamari apps were delicious as well. The two pricey meals $46-47 were cooked poorly, so I was a bit disappointed. Might take a break before coming back for a third visit. A huge reason that will bring us back is our friendly, pleasant hostess/server.

    The service and food was good. The only thing that was disappointing was when I made the reservation, I requested a low table, and we were seated at a high top next to the noisy bar. Any other time my husband and I enjoy sitting by or at the bar, but it was our 34th wedding anniversary and wanted a more intimate dinner. It was kind of hard eating and enjoying prime rib at a high top. I don't like making a fuss, so I didn't complain other than to my husband.
