    Portions are small so I would recommend ordering multiple dishes for each person. Food was delicious! My favorite dish was the black cod miso.

    small portions, very expensive, too loud, food good. was there for daughters bday. don’t like they put double orders on same plate. even double orders are small for 6 people. felt like we were being ripped off. bill was $1200 with only 4 drinks and we all left hungry. not worth it.

    Very very overpriced. Sushi at your favorite restaurant is just as good. Hard to hear because it is so loud in there. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere that you get good value for the money. Not here.

    The small plates starters and sashimi were outstanding. Great cocktails. The restaurant is busy and bustling but we had a blast

    Our dinner out to Nobu was really disappointing. We’ve been to several locations and thought we would try San Diego, I would not recommend. $300 for two with cocktails, wine and sake. The miso soup and the yellowtail jalapeño Crudo were the only redeeming dishes. The rolls and sushi were nothing out of the ordinary. The “special“ wagyu gyoza tasted like hamburger inside of dumplings. Horrible. Service was fine, but overall super disappointing compared to other locations. We will not return. There are just too many amazing options to come here. Our local sushi bar blows this out of the water.

    As a chef this was my first time experiencing fine dining and i must say it was a very fun time the tasting menu was a great experience and i recommend to anyone and although it is pricey it’s not just about the food it’s about the experience

    Noise “energetic?” It was so loud my party of 5 could hardly converse. Music was to loud and it was so crowded & conversations loud. Put a real black eye on the experience. Eaten here several times and this was the worst.

    Food and service were excellent. Bar area was crowded with group outing making it extremely difficult to hear at the dinner tables.
