No complaints about the service! Unfortunately, our short rib entree came out salty and dry. Such a bummer since it was my partner’s first time experiencing North Italia and I was so excited to show off their short rib. :(

Food and service are fantastic. Unfortunately, about 20 minutes into our meal, a couple got seated next to us with a dog. Twice the dog came over and sniffed our plates (begged for food?) and once later he locked my elbow. Very bad situation, but the manager said CA law does not allow them to refuse customers bringing their pets.

Ample parking. Seated earlier than expected and in requested area. Service was attentive but not intrusive. Table bread provided upon request at no charge. Able to share a salad without a split charge. Both the tortellini pomodoro and Italian sausage vodka pasta entrees were delicious and portions large enough for leftovers. Noise level is somewhat high given open floor plan and proximity to adjacent tables. High quality service, food and value!

What’s the point of making a reservation with open table if the host will sit people before you who didn’t have a reservation and came after you and make you wait until your reservation time which is only five minutes away. When the restaurant was empty.

Wanted to initially sit us in the back of the restaurant before we complained and asked to be moved to a more central part of the restaurant. They had a lot of open seating in the center area of the restaurant, but decided to take us to the back after requesting to be moved, they saw us in between two parties, which was OK and they we’re trying to be accommodating. After that, it left a bad taste in my mouth throughout the rest of my lunch with the family but we always love North Italia was just not a good experience this time around.
