My salad was such poor quality. The arugula was wilted. The avocado was tasteless. The chicken was all dark meat, tough and dry and tasted like it had been in the refrigerator for quite a while. I couldn't eat it. My plan was to buy some holiday gift cards while I was there. But I was so disappointed in the food, I would not give gift cards to this restaurant. It is not what it used to be.

It was mynson and my birthday and there was no acknowledgement of our birthdays even though it was on the reservation so that was disappointing. Otherwise, the food was good.

We showed up 25 minutes early for an 8:00 reservation. Sat at the bar which went well. At 8:20 the bartender asked if we wanted to order food and we explained we were waiting for a table. He said without a reservation, it can be quite a wait and we explained we had an 8:00PM reservation so he went to a manager who came over to us and stated that tables were not turning as quickly as expected. They had an outside table if we are interested. We accepted the outdoor table and service was very slow. Received food at 9:10PM and it was good. We spent almost 2 hours in the restaurant and it was not because we were unprepared. We have been to the North at least 20 times and this service was definitely the worst. It will probably be a while before we return.

The hostess was very rude. Took us to a table that was not cleaned yet and came back with a wet towel that was dripping water, covered the entire table with water and put the menus on the wet table and left. When we told the waiter about it he just said that they were short staffed.
