We had never been to this restaurant before and when it came up on Saratoga week’s restaurant site we decided to give it a try - and were very glad we did. The ambience is very soothing, and everyone from the hostess to the waiter were very attentive even though all the tables were full. Our party of five each tried a different dish and were not disappointed in any of them. Can’t wait to go back!

I am vegan. Called ahead. They told me to order whole wheat pasta with Pomodoro sauce. So I ordered whole wheat pasta with Pomodoro sauce. he proceeded to tell me that I had a choice of linguine or ziti. I was quizzical because my son needed gluten-free pasta and that’s the choices he got. I specifically stated to Caesar, the server, I do not want gluten-free pasta I do not like gluten-free pasta I want whole wheat pasta. What arrived was definitely not whole wheat pasta it was pure white and it had a strange texture so I asked about it. It was gluten-free pasta… I was beyond frustrated I have been traveling and was really hungry and searched for an excellent OpenTable restaurant … meanwhile the music in the Italian restaurant was 60s oldies. Not suitable at all. The environment was really nice so it was not consistent. We did have escarole with beans. There was very little escarole and it was mostly beans it was weird it was like a soup. I mean completely soupy. The spinach was fantastic, sautéed spinach and garlic. Never to return

Great food: appetizers stuffed squash and homemade cheese ravioli; fabulous Bolognese on homemade pasta entrees. Service was crisp and professional. Thoroughly enjoyable experience

Our group ordered calamari, broccoli rabe. Gnocchi and pappardelle with bolonese sauce ... all perfect! Highly recommend!
