Oceana is the quintessential New York Seafood restaurant located on 49th Street in midtown Manhattan, just west of Rockefeller Center, and steps away from Radio City Music Hall and Broadway's famed theaters. Oceana serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the elegant main dining room for a sophisticated dining experience. For a more casual setting enjoy an Oceana signature cocktail reflecting the freshest seasonal ingredients with small bites (or a full meal!) in our lively cafe and Oyster bar.

    Beautiful restaurant - warm and inviting. Great bar. Fabulous bar tender and friendly, knowledgable service. The food is very good and nicely presented. Found the wine list a bit pricey. Overall, a nice evening - nice for a business dinner.

    The food was a solid good, not exceptional. It seemed we had 4 different waiters with none of them really having any connection with us. We never knew who to ask for anything. They seemed very rushed even though the restaurant was maybe half full? Ex. I asked for a glass of sauvignon blanc and I got a glass of Sancerre. I tried to tell someone…but who? I think linen tablecloths would be a 100% improvement. It had the feel of an Applebees.

    First time in years. Still outstanding. Oysters were some of the best I've had in a while. Squid ink pasta and crab cakes were tops as well. Service was perfect. When and where you wanted without being pushy or having us feel rushed

    The menu is diverse and well prepared. Wine list is over priced but the Sommelier was excellent in navigating us to something reasonable. Table service was very good. Ambience was functional and noise level thankfully low.

    We arrived early for lunch to an empty large main dinin g room. Is wasn't long for it to be filled to near capacity with what looked like mainly business people. That she could gve you a hint as to how popular it is!

    Every aspect of my visit to Oceana was PEREFCT - Bailey's very welcoming greeting, my perfect corner table welcoming service delicious well prepared food I have been visiting for the past 2 years about once a month and it is consistently delightful!
