First time to this restaurant after reading reviews, so high expectations were set from the get-go. I arrived and it was almost empty even though an open table they only had one reservation left, which I thought was strange. Anyways, I was sat down and immediately the waitress came and offered me water and my menus. I started with a spicy margarita and mango purée drink. Was delicious. They have a happy hour till 6 o’clock on appetizers and drinks, wine and beer included so I started off with Korean beef, ribs and bruschetta. They were both OK but rather pricey even at $10 a plate not much of a portion. I was still hungry so then decided on Bolognese And avocado with shrimp as a side dish. The avocado with four hot shrimp was really good. however, the big disappointment was the Bolognese with rigatoni. It was watered down, flavourless hardly even touched it. The waitress came over, and I gave my opinion which she immediately returned and offered me another, which I declined as wasn’t sure how they could prove it therefore I decided to stop there and just enjoying my glass of wine. A little while later, the manager came by and spoke to me in regards to the issue and she made sure if there was anything they could do or offer me something else which was very kind and good Customer Service and she made sure that the chef in the kitchen were not Notified as she agreed with my comments. Very good customer service by both the waitress, and the restaurant manager greatly appreciated that received a nice bread pudding with bananas on the house, which I ended up taking back to my room. Definitely will try again. Bon appétit.
