This chic Blue Mountain eatery in the upscale Westin Trillium House is custom-built for full-service mountain dining, offering an extensive à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner selection, as well as some seriously indulgent culinary experiences.

Savour Chef Gerry Williams’s diverse choice of appetizers, seafood, steaks, chops, ribs, pasta, fire-roasted pizza and gourmand burgers, complemented by a well-chosen wine list with plenty of good value and great splurges.

    Arrived for our reservation and we were seated right away. Service for our area was very slow, however understandable due to Christmas and being fully booked. Appetizers were delicious and the turkey dinner was definitely worth the wait of an hour to arrive to our table after ordering it. Overall, a good experience. We would not go back during a holiday, however we are definitely looking forward to going back outside of the holiday season.

    55 minutes to get a drink and service for food was generally slow. Staff were good though.

    The vegan/vegetarian options were second to none! I’m happy to see a quality restaurant taking care of less common diets out there, in such a great way. Service was great. The noise level was a little high because of the holiday rush, but it wasn’t a big deal.

    The food was delicious and they brought out the kids’ meals early as requested. The staff was very friendly at our server was very attentive. We had a great experience!

    This was a great evening with a wide variety on the menu. My wife and I had items off the happy hour menu and they were excellent. In particular the calamari. Anna our waitress was very pleasant and helpful.

    Great atmosphere, awesome service and great food. A little overpriced for what it is, but it's at Blue Mountain so that needs to be taken into account.

    Our server was okay. Quite honestly, this was our second meal from O&B - the first was breakfast room service in September...then we ordered breakfast room service on the Saturday following this dinner - that was the third strike for us. This dinner we had spring rolls for an appetizer and had a chicken burger and a hamburger with fries. The spring rolls tasted like the frozen ones you buy in a grocery store and the dipping sauce was the consistency of a vinaigrette. The cheese on both burgers tasted and looked like Kraft singles...gross...I scraped mine off. If I wasnt so hungry, I wouldn't have eaten as much of the meal as I did. The fries were not cooked through for the most part...I had to pick through them. I would not eat dinner there again. The first breakfast in September I had ordered the avocado on toast...they failed to mention they turned it into a thick puree and squeezed it through a tube onto the toast. It tasted nothing like avocado and I sent it back and had to basically beg for a couple fried eggs and toast instead. The second breakfast we ordered eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and toast. The eggs were fine. The bacon was rubbery and overly salty and the potatoes were again not fully cooked with my meal. And they only provided one slice of toast each. Although we enjoyed staying at the hotel, I would never eat at the restaurant or get room service again.
