This chic Blue Mountain eatery in the upscale Westin Trillium House is custom-built for full-service mountain dining, offering an extensive à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner selection, as well as some seriously indulgent culinary experiences.

Savour Chef Gerry Williams’s diverse choice of appetizers, seafood, steaks, chops, ribs, pasta, fire-roasted pizza and gourmand burgers, complemented by a well-chosen wine list with plenty of good value and great splurges.

    We went for my son's 20. We have been on a couple occasions before. Food and service were fantastic. I have to recommend the lamb shank. It's new to the menu this fall I was told. Is just a great place to be. The village is lit up for Christmas outside, the fire place is going. Just an all round inviting place.

    The positive is that Oliver and Bonacini was inside the Westin Trillium House so it was convenient as it was cold and rainy outside and we didn't have to leave the hotel. For what is considered a higher end restaurant the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. For the price of the menu options, I did not feel the food level was up to par. The mashed potatoes were cold. The baked beans served with the ribs was a very small order. The Creemore beer was not Creemore (was fruity which the server agreed if shouldn't have been) and the replacement beer order; a Pilsner was 'soapy' tasting. On a positive note the steaks were cooked perfectly; medium rare and tasty. Our server provided excellent service. We would definitely try other restaurants in the Blue Mountain Village and bring an umbrella :)

    Not what I expected. Very disappointed. -Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. No even a mention of it. I thought we would get desert free or something 🤷‍♀️ -Crying baby was really annoying -Ambience -Restaurant a little too bright. Lights could have been dimmed. -Food - My husbands was really good Mine was extremely disappointing (curry bowl) It's more casual then I was hoping. For the price, I expected more and better...

    For lunch, we shared the cheese burger and a spinach salad. Both delicious. Portions are generous. From the Bluelicious menu, the roasted brussel sprouts were over done in lots of oil. The calamari was very crispy but kind of greasy. The pork chops cooked to perfection and smothered in sauce.

    Average restaurant with above average prices. Attention to detail was not on display during this visit. Things were forgotten, follow up was slow. When a pricing structure is set significantly above that of a typical chain restaurant, the experience needs to coincide…. it did not on this occasion

    Delicious meal, as usual. We chose new items on the menu; beef brisket gnocchi with rapini and the lamb shank with mashed potatoes and carrots. Both delicious in flavour and very filling. Harriet, our sever, always had a smile on her face.
