This chic Blue Mountain eatery in the upscale Westin Trillium House is custom-built for full-service mountain dining, offering an extensive à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner selection, as well as some seriously indulgent culinary experiences.

Savour Chef Gerry Williams’s diverse choice of appetizers, seafood, steaks, chops, ribs, pasta, fire-roasted pizza and gourmand burgers, complemented by a well-chosen wine list with plenty of good value and great splurges.

    This time we were disappointed. We always go to this restaurant while in Blue Mountains. The good: clean chic restaurant, pleasant staff The Bad: service is slow had to wait what seemed like forever for our waiter to drop by. They brought the main course before even cleaning the appetizers off the table. They took my cutlery after the appetizers and had no fork or knife for the main course. The ugly: the quality of food/cooking has deteriorated. The calamari was undercooked, like chewing on a rubber tire. The spicy sauce on the chicken and the soggy onions made it uneatable. The salmon coated in a thick sugary lawyer. Not coming back.

    We thoroughly enjoyed most everything about our visit and we’ll be back. It was a little noisy, but the service and the food more than made up for it.

    Highly recommend! Our server was exceptional, and all the food we ordered, even with special changes to some dishes, was served promptly and accurately.

    Was alright. Wanted substitute a different menu salad (less expensive) on the price fix offer and was told they could not do it☹️

    Food very good and well presented. Wait staff is attentive to only those they perceive as moneyed. Looks can be deceiving.

    We know this location for a long time. The food is invariably good. The service however is not consistently satisfactory. The servers seems to be intermittently distracted or upset with no clear reason. It is clearly loosing the character of a luxury spot at the resort.
