   Food was great. Desserts were excellent. Nicki was very nice and attentive. Our reservation time seemed to be very popular (7:30pm) and the amount of people with reservations might have overwhelmed the hosts a little bit, but, a little patience went a long way. My only grievance was that my steak knife was very dull.

   Has more of a fast casual vibe. They need to figure out the pricing and the vibe. I remember going to OWO and thinking the restaurant would be great for work drinks if not having to pay the elevator fee. I always wanted to try the restaurant, and thought maybe they improved the look and feel after a decade. They haven’t. It’s a super expensive meal that just doesn’t justify the cost. There’s no benefit to the restaurant. You’re better off enjoying the observatory and finding a better place to eat that will either cost half or be a better restaurant.

   The view was amazing and more than worth it but the food was not good and they took forever to bring our food and we decided to just leave because we were frustrated from waiting.

   Was a beautiful experience our waiter frank was very friendly and very professional and was very helpful. First time from Chicago and we loved it. Thank you.

   There should be a digital check in before going up the elevators for one dine. There is never enough employees working and customers always with issues in front of you.

    Siamo stati sfortunati per "ZERO VISION", praticamente cena tra le nuvole senza vista. Per il resto tutto ok, servizio e cibo ottimo.
