Please when making reservations effective October 21, 2024, please call Halekulani Restaurant Reservations at 808.518.2019. Orchids is Halekulani’s casually elegant open air, oceanfront restaurant, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner amidst a myriad of exotic orchids. Innovative Italian culinary creations from Chef Testa are presented with the finest and freshest local ingredients. An oceanfront dining experienced, idyllic Waikiki setting. Orchids, Sunday Sparkling Brunch featuring New Chef's Action Stations, Chilled Seafood Bar, Omelets made to order, Sushi Bar, Prosecco & Sparkling Cider, Ice Cream Sundae Bar, Creative Sweets and fresh baked goods from our Pastry Team, Effective March 3 Adults $118, Child $61. It is legendary and voted "Oahu's Best Brunch" by Honolulu Magazine, patrons and residents alike.

    Excellent food, excellent service, fantastic view. Orchids is a must next time you are visiting Oahu. Several in our party have dubbed it the “best meal of their lives”.

    Loved the whole experience, excellent service. Never felt crowded or long waits for any thing. Had an ocean front table as requested but it does get hot out there in the sun. Best memory of this trip.

    When visiting Waikiki, we always visit Orchids for the Sunday brunch. Good food, great service and a great view. Hard to beat.

    This is always a go-to place, especially for a special occasion as was the case this time, but unfortunately our quiet anniversary dinner at our special requested table was disappointing. First, we weren't told that our table no longer existed and the table in its place was not reserved for us and secondly the table at which we were placed was directly across from a large noisy group. Not the way to be able to spend a quiet celebratory anniversary. Note to the General Manager, don't put a couple celebrating a special day next to a large group table. That seems to be common sense. However, I don't think that the host had even looked at my OpenTable notes which is also disappointing that she hadn't been better trained. After 10+ years of making this my first reservation (at least twice per year), I might now have to think twice. Very disappointing.

    This is definitely the best brunch in the island! Reservation must be made weeks if not months in advance; I made mine 6 months in advance for 12 people to bring my friends and family here after our wedding at the Halekulani. Service was topnotch and the variety of food was amazing!

    While we did have some problems finding the bacon, pancakes, waffles, etc. all of it could have been easily eliminated if our waiter simply told us when he greeted us that he would bring some items like pancakes from the kitchen if we wanted them. The bacon was up next to/behind the man making omelets who was rather uncharacteristically rude for a Halekulani employee. I felt as though I was inconveniencing him asking where the bacon was then again when I ordered an omelet.

    Orchids at Halekulani is simply put the finest breakfast buffet anywhere on the planet, hands-down. And once in a lifetime breakfast must be experienced. I went twice this year and each time it was amazing.
