    Service was subpar, we waited 45 mins from sitting down to get our appetizers. The food was delivered an hour later. The servers were hard to track down to even get water.

    Food was very good. Service the worst I have experienced in a long time. No menus for 20 minutes nor greeting for 20 minutes. No introduction from server. Of 8 meals 3 sent back twice due to being cold and then under cooked. No acknowledgment from manager until requested. Not what we expected from a restaurant like Palisades

    We were a large group and were seated at a nice large round table which is always good. The appetizers and food were great but we waited too long to get our first drink..20+ min and it wasn’t busy. They dropped of a bottle of wine but didn’t open it. The servers made it seem and even mentioned that it wasn’t their table so the service was not great. We wanted it to be as it was a special night for us.

    Went for dinner before attending play at 5th Avenue but do to horrible traffic we were delayed by almost an hour but they were great about changing our reservation and providing expediated service once seated so we could still make our play on time. Requested window seat and had an amazing view and food was delicious and reasonably priced. They also had live music which provided a nice ambiance. Had not been there for many years but will definitely visit again.

    Our server was amazing! She was Turkish but had just moved here from the Midwest. Very pleasant and helpful. Love this place every time we go!

    Worst customer service in the 15 years I’ve been going to Palisade. Smaller portions, ordered 7oz steak served 4-5oz max. No valet, no offer for coat check, sat our party in 3 different times instead of us all together, couldn’t make a drink correct, wouldn’t make an appetizer that they used to have on their menu and made EVERY time I’ve ordered it since they took it off 4 years ago. Food received was all good, I’ve never had a bad meal here, but everything else….portions of what is advertised versus what served, poor customer service that competing restaurants in this price point exceed by far. It didn’t used to be this way, it’s unfortunate it’s changed. If you’re paying $500 for a meal, there should be a level of customer service and etiquette that goes with it.

    So disappointing. Palisade is usually so good but not today. Fish & chips was tasty but lacked any sort of presentation. Same was true with crab cake sandwich but it was mediocre. Salmon pesto & noodles - taste was ok but very oily. I was just there a month ago for dinner and it was excellent Our server today was very good - friendly , helpful, on top of everything. I didn’t get his name though.

    We were here for the 2nd year in a row to celebrate 2 birthdays in the family. Everything was wonderful again. We really enjoyed the views, wonderful service and excellent food. We also appreciate that it isn't loud. The person that chose this restaurant is under 30 and I think they even appreciate being able to carry on a comfortable conversation and not have to yell to be heard. Worth the drive to come here (from the Eastside) and enjoy a fabulous evening and a beautiful restaurant with family.

    Everything was lovely. Our waiter was just great with my 99 year old dad. It was sublime. I’d go back in a heartbeat.
