    We had Troy as our sever and he was so welcoming and kind!! All of his recommendations were deciduous, applause to the chefs as well the service. As a fine dining server myself, compliments to the chef and serving..Overall anazing service, & cuisine!!

    Even though we had a reservation, they made us wait 45 minutes for a table. We had to stand while waiting because the place was so packed. Hostesses were also incredibly rude

    It was a great - their scheduling was a bit off. We had to wait a while for our table. But other than everything was great. The baked potato’s doesn’t have cheese lol fyi

    My wife and I dined at Pappas Steakhouse for our Anniversary celebration. Overall, the dinner was rather disappointing. Our server was very attentive to us at the beginning of the dinner but by the end, he had turned his attention to another big table. Example, we ordered desert and it took 35 minutes to arrive. I ordered a second cup of coffee which never came. Crab cake appetizer was good. My filet was pretty good, not the best I have had. My wife ordered the Maine lobster and it was a complete mess when it arrived. We asked for our desert to go and it never came back. Our server did comp us a side of Brussels sprouts and our desert which was nice. However, for what we paid we should be raving about the experience

    Service was excellent Prime Bone In Ribeye was not as tender and juicy as I remember. It was grilled perfectly as ordered. Will try Capital Grill next time. Very noisy. If you want a quiet dinner do not sit across from the kitchen or bar dining

    Arrived at 7:15 for a 7:45 pm reservation and was told they would set me when something came available unfortunately wasn't seated till 8:15 after repeatedly inquiring, when? I was told they were overwhelmed with other reservations. I think I got loss in the shuffle and think the only reason we were seated when we were was my constant checking. If you make a reservation you should expect to be seated at your time. After waiting the service and the food were phenomenal and would go back.
