Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    My wife and I enjoyed dinner at Parc last evening. We were seated quickly after providing our reservation to the hostess. Our server, Talbert, greeted us pleasantly and provided us with water. We ordered the moule frites as an appetizer to share. Talbert offered us a salad in place of the French fries. Then we shared the cheeseburger with fries for our entree. We also share a carafe of Malbec and, of course, the wonderful basket of bread. Our meal was not rushed, but well paced. Talbert’s service was superb………pleasant, attentive without hovering. Our selections were all hot, fresh and flavorful. Once more, an excellent dining experience at Parc.

    I came to Parc today with associates for a business meeting. Everything from top to bottom was absolutely perfect! Our food and drinks came out quickly, and the entire meal was delicious. Parc is my go-to because the food, service, and atmosphere are always on point! Thank you for another great experience!

    We had a late afternoon reservation to celebrate my birthday. The seater escorted us to a window table with the sun pouring in. I requested to be moved to a table out of the sun as I sunburn easily. We were offered the next table over, still mostly in the sun. I was told there were no other tables available when I asked about the 4 top table next to us . That 4 top table remained empty the whole time we were there. And there were other empty tables in the restaurant. I don’t know if the seater couldn’t be bothered to change our seating or if this was a restaurant issue. Parc has always been a favorite of mine, but I won’t be going back.

    I love Parc. It offers excellent service, food, and energy. My wife and I celebrated my birthday there and had a great time. The restaurant has a nice wine list, cocktail menu, and diverse appetizers.
