Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    Parc, as usual, was outstanding. The service was prompt and helpful in selecting items to share. Our glasses were always full. Management stopped by to check-in. Our server was kind enough to snap a quick photo of our birthday group. Until next time!

    The food, ambiance and service are incredible! The trout almandine and the sea bass were delicious. Leave it to Lauren, the GM, to step up an exceptional experience by taking fabulous photos of our party! We look forward to our next visit!

    Food is always good and service is most always top notch. But our server today was subpar, an experience I've rarely encountered. She was nowhere to be found when we said we need one more minute and finally came when I flagged her down 20 minutes later. She never came back after we finished to ask if we wanted dessert or needed anything else. At this point we had been there for 2 hours (lunch) and needed to leave. Once we got our check it took her another 10 minutes to return and pick up our cards. Her attitude was at best perfunctory.

    We love Parc. On our most recent visit we were there for lunch, everything we had was delicious, and our waitress was the best. We were in Center City Philadelphia to go to the Christmas Village and went there for lunch first. We sat by the window across the street from Rittenhouse Square park and it was just a perfect day. There weren’t many people there at first, but then the restaurant quickly filled up with what looked like mostly people celebrating their Christmas lunch. It was a very festive atmosphere. Parc is a great place to go around the holidays and really any time.

    First time at Parc and the waitstaff and food were great. We were at a table in the back room. When you first walk in the noise level is obviously high, and it never softened. Our table neighbors were also very close by and noisy which was disappointing. But we’ll be back to try again, for at least the incredible bread basket.

    Everything was delicious - Beef bourguignon meal was fantastic, bread basket had a tasty selection of fresh baked breads, and profiteroles were wonderful. Table server was friendly, efficient, and accommodating.
