Stephen Starr's stylish addition to Rittenhouse Square pays tribute to French cafe culture, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, ideal for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Parc recalls the chic brasseries of Paris, serving classic French fare in a charming space. Red leather banquettes topped with frosted glass provide a sense of intimacy. Details such as well-worn wooden chairs, vintage framed paintings and photos and antique brass fixtures transport guests across the Atlantic. French doors spill onto a sidewalk terrace covered by a dark red awning perfect for dining "en plein air."

    Fantastic brunch spot. Wonderful artisan bread with a walk up window to buy a bagget on the way out! Can get crowded and a bit noisy so plan accordingly.

    Met a girlfriend and her baby for brunch and we had a wonderful morning. Our server Troy was funny, relaxed, but also attentive and knew when to leave us alone and when to offer more cocktails ;)

    One of the best dining experiences in Philly. We travel all over for food and this may be our favorite French restaurant. Incredible food, great atmosphere, and service by Cesar was amazing. Surprisingly even better than its sister restaurant Le Diplomat in DC.

    Great food and service, especially the sommelier. Beautiful decor especially with the holiday decorations. It’s a good thing I don’t live here, I’d eat there all the time!

    Boyfriend and I went and split three dishes, which came recommended from a server. Onion soup, warm shrimp salad, and the steak frites. Everything was fantastic. We ordered our steak medium, and it came out very medium rare. Our server returned it, the manager came out and apologized. They returned with a corrected steak and more frites. Definitely recommend eating the frites with the steak in one bite. Good one their own but together- chef’s kiss! All of the food was incredible, and felt like we were back in Paris for an hour. Only critique would be for the bread to come warm to the table, or the butter to be softened so it could easily spread on the bread.

    Always the perfect restaurant for lunch. The menu choices are varied enough for everyone in our party. The waitstaff is so professional From the moment you walk through the double doors, you always feel welcomed.

    Food was ok, good, but nothing exactly blew us away. Server was impersonal and juggling a bunch of tables at one time so we saw him rarely. Server also didn’t introduce himself at first he eventually did but shouldn’t he have done that as soon as he greeted us?? He also didn’t ask if we’ve ever been to Parc and needed help with the menu. Sub par service and mediocre food. Drinks were really good though.

    From out greeting at the host stand to the amazing Service from Samantha and the other wait staff, theres a reason we return to Parc. The food remains unmatched and delicious
