Parker's Bistro is a quaint restaurant located in downtown Sioux Falls. Opened in September of '09, Parker's has enjoyed being an important addition to the downtown experience. Our mission is to provide excellent food quality paired with exceptional drink and service. Parker's strives to utilize local organic ingredients with fresh fish flown in twice a week for the very popular weekly fish special. In addition, Parker's has an extensive wine and beer list as well as a full bar.

Here at Parker's, we believe in the total experience and each detail that goes into the experience. Please understand that the typical time to dine a full meal with us is around two hours and sometimes longer. When making a dinner reservation, please consider that timing if you have to enjoy another obligation afterwards.

    I live the Parker. One of my favorite eateries in Sioux Falls. It's as close as I'm going to get to Los Angeles dining in South Dakota. The food and service are fabulous.

    Amazing food and drinks! We moved to the Fur Vault and had drinks after dinner. Great NA drink menu too.

    Delicious food in a beautiful environment. We started with the shrimp which were very large and scrumptious. For the meal, I had the salmon (special of the day) and it was perfectly prepared.

    Parkers always makes me feel like family. I arrived early for my reservation, fully expecting a wait, but much to my surprise was immediately shown a table. My server always had a genuine warm smile that showed the passion and dedication to his craft. The food, as always was top notch. As a frequent guest I love the frequent menu changes and the new ideas that are presented. Few restaurants can compete with the atmosphere, the quality of food, and the friendliness of staff.

    Love the atmosphere and the service was great. Wedge lacked flavor and could have used a touch of balsamic or grape tomatoes as opposed to tasteless wedges of a large tomato. Brie was delicious. Had a NY strip supposed to be prime but have much better steaks at home. For around $60 it should be premium. The asparagus impressed me more than the steak. Disappointing that $200 for 2 with one drink leaves you wanting.

    We’ve never had a bad meal at Parker’s until last night. Both entrees were subpar. My duck was like warm and my wife’s scallops were under cooked. Both salads were good. It seems adding additional tables has stressed their kitchen. We hope the next time we eat at Parker’s it’s back to it’s normal, phenomenal self
