Welcome to Pascal's On Ponce, Contemporary French Cuisine featuring local ingredients, prepared fresh when ordered and using the classical French Cooking Techniques in Coral Gables FL, since 2000.

Award-winning Pascal’s on Ponce, the 55-seat, upscale, yet unpretentious French restaurant in Coral Gables has wowed critics and diners for years by virtue of its delicious fare, impeccable service and charming atmosphere. The restaurant’s success is owned by critically acclaimed chef/owner Pascal Oudin, who insists on creating an elegant French dining experience without the fussiness and reminiscent of a classic Parisian bistro. The restaurant boasts sublime contemporary French cuisine, featuring local ingredients and utilizing the classical French techniques.

We have not been to this restaurant in many years and chose it for our anniversary. Our food was exceptional and there was nothing to take home. We will definitely be back.

Dining here never disappoints - a classic choice for authentic French cuisine. Having a spirts license for a small restaurant in the Gables is a plus and the wine list offers a varied selection. The grouper and duck featured on the regular menu are outstanding. Dessert lovers will be happy within the options and for those like us who enjoy the French traditional cheese plate after dinner will be pleased. The service from the staff is always excellent . Pascal’s is a great option for a traditional French meal in a quiet cozy setting.

Pascal’s is a french treasure in the heart of Miami. We loved the degustation menu and wine pairing. Each course was delicious and we will absolutely be back. The chocolate soufflé was to die for.

Pascal's on Ponce continues to be a becnchmark of fine dining not just in Coral Gables but for all of Miami. His food is always remarkable, always fresh, with new combinations as well as old favorites. Whether you want fish, meat, or vegetables, his cuisine brings you the best flavors and combinations. Always creative, always delicious. And his famous souflees are out of this world. For the next two weeks you can enjoy his fantastic Miami Spice menus at lunch and at dinner. The service is impeccable, and Gustavo is one of the best, professional, personable, and precise. The restaurant is cozy and comfortable.
