A popular destination in Half Moon Bay for 30 years, Pasta Moon Restaurant serves contemporary Italian cuisine using the freshest local produce available- in fact, easily the finest dining on the coast; (and not the most expensive!). You'll find a cozy setting for lunch or dinner, surrounded by old arched casement windows which once brought light into the Burlingame Public Library, and you'll be served by an attentive and knowledgeable staff.

                                                                      Amazing pasta. Highly recommend the lasagna. Unfortunately, we were sat in a side room instead of in the main dining room so we were unable to fully enjoy the ambiance and music. I made a reservation 2 months in advance so not sure why we didn’t get prioritized for the dining room. Oh well. The pasta was excellent, brilliantly cooked!

                                                                      Pasta Moon has a great vibe, delicious food and our server Juan Carlos was terrific! He provided great recos and made our experience extra special with his knowledge of the food options and with his genuine approach. The Della Casa salad, swordfish special and pappardelle pasta dish were delic! We hope to make it back to try even more of their menu.

                                                                      I love Pasta Moon. I almost always order the linguini with ahi tuna ... SO tasty. Today I decided to try something different and had Mary's Chicken. Oh, my! Perfectly moist with lovely sides of potatoes and zucchini ... and such a generous serving I had to take half of it home. Refined service and comfortable atmosphere that's both casual and elegant.

When making the reservation it asks If this is for special occasion. Not sure why, as there is no recognition of a special birthday celebration.
