For small parties, the elegantly appointed Belle Memphis Board Room offers seating for 10. For larger events, Paulette’s offers private dining for groups up to 65. The popular River Hall, with its grand river view, can accomodate up to 80, and our outdoor Courtyard affords a very appealing space for up to 200. Whether for a reception, seated dinner, or buffet, the Paulette’s staff can assemble a menu that fits your budget and the occasion. Upon arrival, 3 different employees asked us “how many”. We said we had a 6:00 reservation and they all found our reservation and each one said “we will be with you in a moment”. It was 5:55 and we finally got seated around 6:10. My husband ordered his steak medium rare and it came out brown in the middle. He politely asked to send it back. The next one came out extremely bloody and raw in the middle. He then just said he would eat off my plate and they removed his steak charge from our ticket. Service was good but we usually have outstanding service at upscale steakhouses and restaurant. We have always had excellent experiences at Paulette’s so we were shocked at the lack of interest from the staff last night

We had a phenomenal evening at Paulette’s and can’t wait to go back! We were visiting Memphis for the long weekend and I made a late reservation on a whim. We got to the restaurant very early due to a torrential rain storm and the hostess kindly checked us in and, while our table wasn’t ready yet, recommended that we head upstairs to Terrace to wait, which was also lovely. She called our phone directly when our table was ready. The food was delicious, perfect cocktails, and service was on point. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area and looking for a classy night out!

Made it to the restaurant at 6:15 pm for 6:30 pm reservations. Received the salad and soup in good time , bread had to be asked for. We received our main course at 7:30pm and it was ok. The dessert was ok also but for the price I was expecting a better valentines experience.

We have frequented Paulette’s for many years but the quality has diminished. When we arrived, we were seated at a cloth draped folding table in the lobby. There were lots of people walking back and forth within feet of our table with elevator and slamming door sounds. We asked to be reseated in the actual restaurant and that took some time. We normally order the filet and did again this time. The food did not have much flavor and did not compare to in the past.
