The Pepper Tree restaurant has been a tradition for fine dining in Colorado Springs since 1983. Serving steaks, seafood, lamb, veal and more, the Pepper Tree is legendary for impeccable cuisine, ambiance, service and breathtaking views of the city. The Pepper Tree's signature Mango Chutney Pepper Steak and other specialties, including Chateaubriand and Steak Diane, are prepared or finished table side.

**Please note business casual dress code is required- Hats, ripped jeans/shirts, costumes, muscle shirts, sweatpants/pajamas or flip flips will not be permitted.**

    We went for my husbands birthday. Our first time to visit. It was delicious. Greeted very friendly from all the staff. Truly a great place to celebrate something special.

    Service was outstanding, food was good but a bit overpriced. I don’t mind spending money for good food but it was a bit much. The one thing that I really dislike was how long the experience was. Why were we not given menus when we sat down. We could make up our own minds how long we wanted to dine versus you deciding. It took us 2 1/2 hours for dinner & it wasn’t because the service was slow, it was how you paced out our meal. I’m sure some people care for it but it’s not something I want.

    We had a wonderful dinner to celebrate our anniversary! We enjoyed the special lobster appetizer. I was so excited to see the orange mule on the drink menu, the Jameson orange makes my favorite mule! Our steaks (the pepper and Diane) were the most tender steak I’ve ever had. We had not been to the Peppertree in many years instead choosing to try some of the newer steak options in town but we were reminded of why Peppertree is still here after all these years. Because it’s fantastic! The table side bananas foster was the perfect finish!

    I wish I could find meat like they serve here, and I wish I could cook it as well as they do. Also, they have some favorite things on the menu, like Beef Wellington and Cherries Jubilee, that I just don't see elsewhere. Always a great place for a special dinner.

    I love the small venue, three server, attention to detail, dinner service. It feels honest and traditional and “old school” without feeling “old”.

    I’ve been to the Peppertree restaurant probably 10 times in the past, and though the food quality has been pretty steady over time, the service this time was very polite but incredibly slow. We got our drinks right away, but it took 15 minutes after we got our drinks to even just get the dinner menus (had to request them). We received our food 55 minutes after we sat down, so though I budgeted an hour and 20 minutes for dinner, we were actually rushed eating our dinner to get to the function we were going to. No time for dessert. Granted, the place was full on a Sat evening, but it all started by not getting the menus until 20 minutes after we had sat down.
