The Peter Shields Inn & Restaurant features a seasonally driven menu bursting with creativity. A favorite of Cape May locals and visitors alike, PSI is a BYOB establishment offering a la carte dining along with a variety of seasonal tasting menus throughout the year. The magnificent ocean views offer the perfect setting to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy a memorable dining experience in beautiful Cape May. During the summer months outdoor dining is available on the front porch overlooking the ocean, and several fireplaces keep the restaurant feeling cozy throughout the winter. Live piano music can be enjoyed at the restaurant all year long. PSI also specializes in hosting elegant ocean front weddings throughout the year, making this the perfect location for special celebrations. The dress code at PSI is Smart Casual.

                                                    The food was nothing special. I ordered the pork tenderloin which was dry. The sides were average and the dinner rolls were stale. Very nice ambiance but overall meh. Will not go back

                                                    I like this a nice restaurant I liked it more. That was a BYOB because it was already so expensive as is there was a good meal. My chicken was OK but the rest of the food was good.

                                                    This is our 2nd time at Peter Shields and found the food to be bland and tasteless. For a restaurant that prides itself as high end there are better restaurants in Cape May for the price.

                                                    Another awesome experience. Food, fantastic; Dillon, our server, once again, “the best”! Going to miss the clean BYO experience, but hopefully the corking fee is reasonable, as we like our choice of wine. Thank you.

                                                    Decades of great meals and corresponding reviews WE had a family group of six Chris made the great food a great time with his spot on service, making sure our menu deviations were handled without the blink of an eye, Always a wonderful experience.

                                                    Delicious meal. Really enjoyed the Brussel sprout Caesar salad as a starter. Everything we ordered was fantastic - filet cooked perfectly, and a sun dried tomato lobster pasta special. Excellent!
