We serve an extensive menu of classic seafood dishes along with plenty of dining choices for non-seafood lovers. Baltimore is an experience within itself, and Phillips at the Inner Harbor was a great dining experience. The food was delicious and the waitress was Superb, Fatima was very articulate, she smiled and she knew the answers to all of our questions. She was excellent and made our dining at Phillips a great time.

We got the crab dip however there was very little to any crab in it. Mainly cheese. That was the same for the cream of crab soup. Would have paid more for crab.

The food was good and the waitress was very good and attentive without hovering. The kids menu was a great deal with drink included for a child. The broil seafood platter is delicious.

The food was great! We loved the ambience & the live music. We came from Louisville Kentucky & wanted to try it & we're glad we did. Our server was excellent!!

We had a 5pm reservation so the restaurant was not too busy at that time. Service was good and food was excellent. Loved the restaurant in general. Very spacious and beautifully decorated

Really good appetizers and main courses for the adults (had the Rockfish, and wife had the stuffed lobster tail), the sides seemed very good quality (asparagus, mashed potatoes), not fatty, not oily, it was all very yummy and rather healthy. We were disappointed by the kid's dish (crab cake slider) that was bland and dry. The dessert was not great either, tasted like highly industrialized chemical food. So if you stick to the adult's appetizer and entrees, you'll have a blast, and ask for non-spicy adult dish or non-spicy appetizer for your toddler. The service was excellent!

I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner at Phillips, as this was my first time eating there. My date & I sampled a variety of dishes on the menu (7 to be exact, lol) and enjoyed every bit of it. Oh, and my red sangria was to die for! To top it off, our server, Ruby, was the best. Very cute & charismatic. Thank you Phillips, Baltimore harbour.
