This time at the Tamarind I was delighted by the same levels of hospitality and care, and I was impressed by the excellent staff who waited on each table. The food is spectacular! Try as many of the dishes as you can. I went for the tasting menu. The scallops were simply outstanding, as was the cauliflower. Got there early, they set me down and asked me to wait they were opening the buffet. They offered drinks, and opened on time. The staff was courteous and service was excellent.
