Enjoyable evening. Friendly staff and good food. Service was very slow, despite their best efforts. Seemed like the staff was a bit overwhelmed. Chicken waffles good but it took ten minutes after it was delivered to get the syrup. Chef didn’t put enough batter in the iron and part of the waffle was thin and over browned. My wife ordered salad with red wine vinaigrette. Came with a tiny cup with maybe a tablespoon of dressing for a large salad. Staff always did their best to correct problems when we could flag them down. Drinks were wonderful. My wife ordered their lemon-lime soda and I had maple old fashioned. I would return but maybe not on a weekend. It is loud. Tough to hold a conversation when the place is packed.

Menu has been updated since my last visit with my son. Great menu options this time around. Service was not as great as past visits. My friend expressed the same but we understand good wait staff are hard to find. Will politely ask for different server if placed in his area again.

We had a rowdy group of 17 after my daughter’s senior class performance and Pinstripes was exactly what we needed. The food was good, the service was better and everyone, school-aged kids to seniors, left well-fed and happy. The cherry on top was that they were able to accommodate us on relatively short-notice with an a day of expansion of our group. I like Pinstripes before, I love it now.
