Takai by Kashiba is a fine dining Edo-Mae style Sushi restaurant that specializes exclusively in nigiri sushi. Sushi Counter dining is solely Chef's Omakase, with two seatings at 5:30 and 7:30.Omakase is also available at our dining room tables along with a la carte Sushi options.We do not have vegan/vegetarian/kids menus. We are able to accommodate most allergies.Led by Chef Jun Takai, the Omakase consists of local and international seafood accompanied with Kaiseki style dishes. Takai by Kashiba creates an elegant atmosphere whether you're seated at a table or the sushi counter. Umi Sake House is a unique Japanese cuisine restaurant in the Belltown area of Seattle featuring the highest quality seafood available in the Northwest, a large izakaya-style tapas menu, and boasting a sake list of over 60 imported Japanese bottles. The interior is multi-faceted, with a black slate tiled traditional dining room, a gorgeous 14 person capacity wooden sushi bar, a semi private "tatami" room which holds 12 people, a larger 25 person private dining room, an enclosed "back patio" casual dining room complete with tropical garden, a black concrete liquor bar with custom sake cocktails and fusion traditional cocktails. The variety of atmospheres allows for a different experience with every visit, and the vastness and quality of the menu does the same. Founded in 2024 in Seattle, WA, by two Japanese chefs, Migaku has quickly distinguished itself in the culinary world.
