FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Quenas Restaurant opened in January 21st, 2011.its was very exiting and just to be able to opened a business with a family member made it great and special, at the beginning was hard but we made it through the years. our mission is for people to experience a new atmosphere and to introduce a new cuisine to our town, the values we have is very strong as a family business, made us proud of our selfs, made us more confident and happier.Our specialities are Ceviches, Lomo Saltado, Trucha frita, Paella, Aji de Gallina, Tallarin Verde de carne, Chaufa de Camarones etc. as a Peruvian cuisine Our staff is well train and we like to give opportunities to new members that doesn't have the experience, we like to work as team but more importantly as a family. We had bunch of stories thought the years, we made very good friends and accomplishments such as being able to be on the New York Time, Westchester Magazine, Restaurant hunters etc.
