The deep channel buoy, R10, is known amongst local boaters, paddlers and seafarers of all kinds (especially the seal variety) as a meeting spot. Named after this buoy located just off the Redondo Harbor, our 90-seat neighborhood joint is a new American social house offering market driven food, well-crafted cocktails and a selection of intriguing, affordable wines. For over thirty years locals and visitors have enjoyed dining at 22nd Street Landing Seafood Grill & Bar, an award-winning waterfront restaurant located in San Pedro’s Cabrillo Marina.     The Host was amazingly, attentive and quick to seat us. The serve ,named Nancy, was equally amazing, kind and professional ! The food was prepared exactly as ordered. Food and drinks were delicious. You can not beat Chart House for spectacular views! A perfect evening!

    Such a great Sunday Brunch spot - view, delicious seafood, and even a wonderful photographer. The lobster tail is fresh, firm and tender - like it was just trapped and the shrimp cocktail succulent. We also enjoyed specialty cocktails of Long Beach Lemonade - all to take in the scenery. Great value

    This spot has become a family favorite (adult family). Such a lowkey spot for delicious food, EXCELLENT service, and amazing views. We live about 30 minutes away, but this place is so worth it we’ve even considered staying at the hotel just so we can vibe at this restaurant. Never really have been during the summer time, but we throughly enjoy this place in the winter/spring time.

    Staff this Sunday was lovely. Our waitress & the hostess were way more pleasant than others I’ve encountered at the Waterfront before. I chose the buffet because it used to be really versatile but understand they’ve scaled back after the fires and not getting as much traffic on the boardwalk at this time. I think the $40 AYCE could go down some of the omelette station & prime rib is no longer there
