Un proyecto joven que surgió durante la pandemia en la calle de Frontera 179, bajo el nombre de Casa Balandra, evoluciona a Pascal; un lugar más sofisticado con los mismos principios, donde buscamos promover el valor de la materia prima, así como la procedencia y elaboración de cada uno de los alimentos. Pascal ofrece un menú de la mano del chef Bryan Balandra donde busca fusionar la técnica francesa con ingredientes locales. We want to convey an awareness of what we consume and how we consume it, therefore, we seek to supply ourselves with raw materials from small national suppliers.

    We had an amazing meal at Havre 77 today. We were a party of six and were seated at a cozy room that houses the oyster bar. Lovely room with stained glassed windows. The menu is simple and short with french favorites that where difficult to choose from. There were also some specials of the day which were brought on a blackboard by one of our waiters. Our food was amazing. Our servers the best, attention to detail in every respect. They even picked up we were celebrating a b-day and brought an extra dessert with a candle. Nice touch. Will visit again!

    Wow! What an amazing meal! the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely incredible. Every bite was packed with amazing flavors. The attention to detail in both the food and overall experience was exceptional. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself to an amazing meal, CANA is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

    Excellent food preparation with interesting combinations of flavors. We created our own “tasting “ menu that was vegetable and fish forward. Every dish was interesting. Our only complaint was the volume of the music. I highly recommend this restaurant for fine dining!
