Tucked into a corner in the heart of Condesa, NIV is a bar de vino featuring small-production wines, an internationally inspired food program, and a cheeky, candlelit backroom with curated vinyl records, mezcal, and late-night bites for those not ready to end their night quite yet. NIV’s carefully curated wine selection features small-production and independent producers wines from France, Italy, Spain, Austria, and Mexico, ranging from unique Pet Nats to orange wines aged in amphora to a classic selection of wines from Burgundy and Piemonte, delighting both the seeker of a traditional and the natural wine lover alike.The food program at NIV by Executive Chef Diego Martínez draws inspiration from the team’s origins in Mexico and France.
