Bar Frites is open daily and serves French bistro fare.The menu offers Bistro fare including great comfort food dishes and the classics. The Burgers, Steak Frites, Croque Monsieur and Steamed Mussels served with pomme frites are also among the fan favorites. Some of the Bistro Classics include Escargot, a Frisée and Lardons Salad and Sautéed Skate. Any night of the week can be unique with the Plats du Jour featuring Bouillabaisse, Côte de Boeuf and Coq au Vin to name a few. Modern market and dining concept highlighting the influence of Greek products on Mediterranean cuisine. Mediterranean cuisine is rooted in an archipelago of magical vistas but rocky soil; where folks that could grow little more than herbs and olives were compelled to build ships to trade what little their soil brought forth. The resulting market for herbs and olives used in food, medicine, ritual and cosmetics— created a network of Greek trading nodes that stretched across the Mediterranean and beyond. The spirit of this history lives on in the prominence of herbs and olives in tapas, cicchetti, meze and other small plate cultures of contemporary Mediterranean nations. We work with our partners to bring you artisanal products true to the gastronomic traditions of these salt- and sun-kissed lands; in a culinary testament to those traders, philosophers, cooks, scientists, artists, bakers, bankers and rogues; who set sail from enchanted shores, with little more than herbs and olives.

    Otherside Wine Bar never disappoints and last night was no exception. The Valentine’s Day prix fixe and wine pairing was out of this world. Everything was delicious and paired perfectly. This little peace of magic in Glen Cove will give the other restaurants a run for their money between the exquisite food and carefully curated wines. Cannot wait to go back!

    Everything top notch here. Servers all available, sparking looking room well set up. Food from warmed bread to our brook trout almondine were just wonderful! A staple for us. Appreciate their late hours, much needed after a show at Tilles!
