Marky's Caviar Lounge located within The Guitar Hotel at Seminole Hard Rock, is a fine casual dining restaurant and cocktail bar. Chef Buddha Lo former Eleven Madison Park and Restaurant Gordon Ramsay London alum as well as the current Executive Chef at Huso New York has designed the menu by incorporating Modern American techniques. The menu features a wide variety of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world including: truffles, foie gras, wagyu, caviar and more. The Lounge is open Sunday-Thursday from 4pm to 11pm and Friday-Saturday from 4pm to 1am. I'm just going to say, IMHO, they are the best steakhouse in Miami. We tried the porterhouse, strip and sirloin- all aged to perfection. Great ambiance, great service. The Somm, Craig is super helpful and knowledgeable - trust his wine-pairing recommendations. A must go.

Very small restaurant, but food and service were absolutely outstanding! Plus our waitress, Valencia was great and very personable that helped to make our meal that much better. We will definitely be back.

The food was phenomenal! Everything we had was delicious. There were only 3 tables sat when we arrived and it took a long time to initiate service but after that it was great.
