The cuisine at Chef Jean-Georges’ abc kitchen reflects a passionate commitment to the freshest organic and local ingredients possible. The restaurant’s changing menu focuses on local, sustainable, seasonal produce that does not use pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, insecticides, or GMOs.     Amazing food and great service. One of the best spots in NY for a special dinner. Lower level is definitely busier and more energetic. Prices are off the charts, but food is always spot on.

    Came here for my boyfriend’s birthday with his parents. From start to finish, our experience was amazing- which is happening less and less in NYC. The staff was so kind and friendly and knowledgeable with the menu. The atmosphere was beautiful! Quiet, cozy, not overwhelming and so clean. We started with the focaccia which was delicious and a couple of other appetizers. We all enjoyed our dishes and it was the perfect portion. Their cocktails are great too! Especially the classic spritz. The staff was so attentive and made my boyfriend’s day feel extra special. Thank you, Palma! Can’t wait to return.

    We ordered multiple small plates and enjoyed them all. The chicken liver melts in your mouth like butter and the grape jelly is oddly epic. The tuna tartare was fresh and light. Other dishes we enjoyed included the calamari, Brussels, and crab toast). Service and ambience were excellent as well. Can’t wait to return again soon.

    Made reservations and was seated very quickly! The service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend the truffle fries! So good and crispy. Everything we ordered was delicious!
