Our specialty cocktails are individually crafted with house-made infusions and Hawaiian-grown ingredients from local farmers, distillers, and producers. Executive Chef Terrie Williams put out a seasonal farm-to-table dinner menu that combines culinary tradition and local inspiration. Open for dinner only Weds - Sunday we are delighted for you to experience the diverse flavors our menu offers. We feature both indoor and outdoor dining on our patio and live music in our beer garden Weds - Saturday evenings. Aloha, we are open daily from 7:00am to 11:00pm and are located on the waterfront of Waikiki Beach inside the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort. We accept reservations & reserve a large amount of space for walk-ins. If your desired reservation is not available, please join our waitlist in person daily. Happy Hour is available daily from 3:30pm-5:00pm (excluding select holidays). Our chef driven concept is led by the classically trained, award winning chef, Peter Merriman. Peter is a culinary pioneer and one of the founders of Hawaii Regional Cuisine.
