We are a chef-owned restaurant that explores American and global flavors. Expect an awesome dinner of sharing plates, incredible cocktails, an award winning wine list and rockin' tunes! A mural wall by graffiti artist iSurge, lush tropical greenery and an herb garden helps set the mood on our outdoor patio. Recipients of consecutive Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence since opening for 10 years straight, and a DiRona Fine Dining Award recipient since 2016. The menu changes slightly with every season, and the wine, sake, and beer list is always evolving and growing. The Cook and The Cork does not want to be considered fine-dining, but we take food and drink seriously. Opening Angelo Pizza, Bar and Tapas restaurant was a passion of Chef Angelo Elia for more than eight years. While Casa D"Angelo has been a place for him to showcase his depth of Italian technique, he wanted to create a restaurant that felt more like the simple Italy he visits year after year where ingredients are at the forefront. A place where you could come and sit and pick at food as you want with friends. But it didn't come that easy. Like all things that are simple, careful thought and research has gone into the menu and the guarded sources of our premium ingredients. In the end, Angelo Elia Pizza is all about friends and a good bottle of wine enjoyed in a contemporary, easy dining atmosphere. Ilan Cohen is a self-taught chef who began his career in Jerusalem, Israel more than 20 years ago. Along with his wife Lauren they opened Falafel Bistro & Wine Bar in 2007, DVASH’s sister location, and has been serving authentic-Israeli cuisine to the South Florida community for more than a decade.
