Great vibe and ambiance coupled with fantastic food and service

We haven’t been out to dinner in a few months because of the way the food Wes prepared. Seemed every meal was rushed as in if you ordered a steak dinner the steak would be burnt on the outside and cold on the inside and the sides that came with it would either be extremely hot or cold. The wait staff seemed rushed. Calabrese was a great combination of the way restaurants should be. The welcome from your staff was warm and professional. The waiter we had was very friendly and not rushed. He was very educated about what menu. And about what his job was. Everything came out as advertised and told to us. From the start to finish. Even Theo we weren’t rushed we were only there less than 2 hours with the valentines dinner menu. Most restaurants should offer menus on a regular basis to make the restaurant experience easier and less stress. We will definitely be back to Calabrese.

Great place to hang out socialize and be able to taste test different whiskeys and wines. The food was reasonably priced, the drinks are a little high. I feel like they could cut prices a little and still profit. It doesn’t take long to run the bill up. Overall though I would recommend it. It was a fun experience.

A very private dining experience in the bubbles- such a neat idea. The entree was mediocre but everything else was delicious.

Incredible experience celebrating our anniversary! Excellent, fine dining meal in an approachable, comfortable setting. Chef Sage was a wonderful host and accommodated my wife's dietary restrictions without question. Group table setting allowed us to meet and enjoy our meal with two other couples. Beautiful and delicious 5-course, prix fixe menu, and we were able to bring our own bubbly to toast our special night. We highly recommend Chef's House, and, next time, we'll bring a group!
