Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. It's hard to have a bad meal at Joule, where you can safely order anything on the menu and know it will be delicious. Classics like the chorizo rice cakes paired well with new dishes like the roasted asparagus. Cocktails were very tasty as well

Came here as a spot for a best friend date and it was perfect. The ambiance is sooooo 1920’s inspired and so cozy. Food and drink were amazing and the service was outstanding with the staff being so sweet and kind. Will definitely be coming back!

The service was fantastic! The servers were super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot for a small birthday dinner. The location is also really nice and quiet, which made it feel like we had our own spot.
