Boom Bang Fine Foods & Cocktails serves New American cuisine with French and Mexican influences from Chef and Owner Elia Aboumrad. Cocktails are curated by Bar Program Manager Skylar Sanders and his bar team. The American bistro offers starters including Artisan Corn Dogs and French Onion Dip Caviar Service; classic French onion soup and a zesty, rich gazpacho gelee; classic mains including Steak Frites, Christian's Boom Bang Burger, Elia's cripsy Duck Confit with seasonal garnish, and Elia's signature Pork Shank in Here & There sauce. Our extensive and whimsical cocktail menu features Vanderpump classics and nods to the Flamingo’s beginnings, like the Pinky’s Martini, served tableside on a vintage gold tray. Other offerings include the Pump & Bump (a caviar martini served with a pearl spoonful of caviar on a gold plate) and the Daddy Issues (a white peach French 75 topped with pink cotton candy). Our kitchen, open nightly until 10PM, features elevated bar staples and twists on Las Vegas classics, with elegant and unique presentations. The Deviled Egg Gardens feature five upright deviled eggs with decadent toppings, such as lobster, crab salad, caviar, bacon and blue cheese, and cornichon. Wagyu Sliders are finished with roasted shishito peppers and dill pickle tater tots. The Pinky’s Shrimp Cocktail arrives in an oversized martini glass with ice-cold smoke pouring out.     Great food and service! The caprese salad was soo delicious and the truffle mushroom tagliatelle was the best I have ever had. The watermelon mojito was so refreshing too. I would definitely go back.

    Great food and Great service. The Kitchen and wait staff were slammed this Saturday night but our experience still came off without a hitch. We Appreciated the entire staff for stepping up and we will definitely be back there to eat next time in town.

    Everything was great. Food had a ton of flavor Shrimp scampi, Crostini and Veal Parmigiana was amazing. The Meat Lasagna was also very good. The House Made Cheesecake was the best I ever had. I would definitely say best Italian food in Las Vegas

    We had a wonderful dining experience. Carlos our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was out of this world! We had a delicious calamari soup to start off with. My husband had a filet mignon wrapped in prosciutto on a bed of mushroom risotto and I had gnocchi bolognese. So glad we chose this place to celebrate an early Valentine’s! ❤️

    Stefan is our favorite waiter! Always great service, and this has to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Vegas. We come from Texas at least twice a year and enjoy the food. You can taste the freshness in every meal you get. We have had the ravioli, meatballs, and lamb for the appetizers……. Absolutely delicious! Recently I got the chicken parm and added a lobster tail, outstanding dish!
