About The Table: The Table is an urban neighborhood restaurant focused on seasonal ingredients, hand-crafted cocktails and progressive wines. We are called The Table because we recognize a table’s unique ability to bring together delicious food, fun drinks and good people. Many of life’s best memories have been created around a table. Our cuisine is contemporary American, paying tribute to the people and cultures that call this valley home. We believe that the quality of our product begins at the source—with the farmers, ranchers, and dairymen that produce them. By establishing relationships with local farms and ranches, our goal is to understand the origins of everything we cook and seek out only those ingredients produced with integrity and care. The Plumed Horse Restaurant has been a beacon of South Bay fine dining since 1952. Michelin has agreed, awarding Chef Peter a star for 15 consecutive years.Chef's tasting menu, composed of multiple courses featuring items from local farms and fishermen, is the highlight. Nestled in downtown Los Gatos, Polenteria serves up Italian cuisine, that is Celiac safe. We are a small 22 seat restaurant, that is very intimate. With a European feel, many of our guests proclaim that they have been whisked away to Italy or France. We love that! Many accolades from the SF Chronicle, and the Mercury News as well as Eater SF hail Chef Yvonne and her team at Polenteria for being on the cutting edge of the Gluten Free Movement, and more importantly providing a safe space for those with Celiac to dine without hesitation. We are a small restaurant and therefore we do have a strict no show- cancellation policy. we need 24 hours or more. Please be considerate of this. We thank you and look forward to being of service.

    We enjoyed a lovely dinner out during the stormy evening. We were seated right away and greeted with warm bread! Our cocktails were delicious. I ordered the salmon special and it was cooked perfectly. Always a good time at the Table!

    Had a lovely table in the corner of the outdoor covered patio. The menu and decor has been revamped and it was Tuesday / 50% off bottles of wine night. The food and presentation was great- we both had the Baja Tacos (one with crispy cod and one with grilled shrimp) with miso side salad. It was very fresh and the side dishes were delicious. Definitely impressed with the new upgrades - we will be back!

    Great food, great music, great people. Had a lovely time, called ahead of time with Amanda and she set us up with Jordan to surprise us with our 4-course meal for the day. Definitely recommend it if you are unsure of what to get. Not my first time here, but after today, definitely felt that a review was needed. Thank you everyone!

    As always, a delightful experience! Staff is always helpful and competent. We did the panko-encrusted Chilean sea bass special, and the Chicken Marsala. Both were delicious! Vito’s is always a great and special experience, and we’re fortunate to have such a great family-run restaurant in San Jose.

    We had the 4-course tasting menu, and it was fantastic! The meal left us full and satisfied. The cocktails—Project G, Cosmopolitan, and Calm Seas—were phenomenal, with smooth textures, great mouthfeel, and complex flavors. The service was exceptional and truly elevated the experience! We enjoyed the Kona Kanpachi Crudo, Lobster Ravioli with Black Truffle, Basque Cheesecake, and Paris-Brest. Already looking forward to our next visit to The Plumed Horse!
