Best restaurant experience in Miami. Food was refined, playful and absolutely delicious. The setting stunning AND the service, the best we have had in Miami. Very professional, experienced, warm. We sat at the very glamorous bar and got VIP treatment from everyone on the team, plus got to see some serious cocktail making moves! We’ll come every time we visit Miami (thanks to Mario, Christian, Jamar, Qwen and the tema)

Absolutely Phenomenal! From start to finish, our experience at Stubborn Seed was nothing short of spectacular. The ambiance was warm and inviting, with an effortlessly cool vibe that set the perfect tone for the evening. The cocktails were simply next-level—crafted with precision and bursting with unique flavors. Each sip was an experience in itself! The food? Pure perfection. Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with layers of flavor that kept us wanting more. Beyond the incredible drinks and cuisine, the service was top-notch. The staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made us feel truly welcomed. Their recommendations were spot-on, and they elevated our entire dining experience. Had the best seat in the house outside on a lovely night. The service was excellent and throughly enjoyed the roasted lamb shoulder along with our cocktails. Highly recommend the old fashion. Everything was seasoned nicely.

The food was outstanding and the asian night bazaar performers were truly mesmerizing. Our server was kind and very helpful. I would recomend this to everyone. Its a must in Miami
