The West Hollywood EDITION’s signature restaurant, Ardor, is a showcase for vegetable-forward healthy California cuisine with flavors inspired by local ingredients. Our menu features an artful balance of produce and meats, using techniques from around the world and products sourced hyper-locally. Each dish is made with organic ingredients and focuses on the essence of food, prepared simply and presented socially for a contemporary culinary journey. A.O.C. is a small plates restaurant driven by seasonal ingredients, locally sourced. Our California French cuisine was developed by Chef Suzanne Goin, and also features Mediterranean influences. We have 24 wines by the glass and 150 bottles to choose from, curated by Caroline Styne, all of which are either organic, biodynamic or sustainable. Featuring a full bar with premium spirits and specialty cocktails. AOC is proud to offer both outdoor and indoor dining. Our patios feature shared heaters, however we highly recommend bringing appropriate outerwear for your comfort. Unfortunately, inclement weather may affect our ability to honor your reservation. In the event of rain, we will notify you as soon as possible to communicate any weather related cancellations and to assist you with rescheduling your reservation. Beginning November 4th, a.o.c. will require that all guests require proof of vaccination or negative results from a Covid test taken within 72 hours of entry.

    Without doubt, one of LA’s, if not California’s best places to dine. The menu is consistently inventive and delicious, and the staff always makes you feel like you are “coming home,”. Brunch was so marvelous yesterday that we are going back for an encore today!

    The plants throughout and staffs uniforms give the entire place a warm earthy vibe. We dined for valentines, and each plate was thoughtfully put together. From the amuse to dessert, each plate was perfect in portion and mouthfeel. My favorite was the beet agnolotti, which surprised and delighted me with a dehydrated beet crunch. My partner’s favorite dish was the main course steak, which featured a savory and craveable truffle sauce. Our special mention goes to the beefsteak tomato milk bread. The buttery crunch of the edge pieces left me wanting another to take home. Our server was perfectly attentive and always timely with our drinks. It was a truly wonderful experience and I will be recommending to friends.

    Let me start off my saying I’m very picky but this place was amazing!! Best valentines dinner prefixed menu I’ve ever experienced. Everything was delicious and portions were perfect. From valet to the host to the waitress, everyone was so nice and pleasant. Will be back for Mother’s Day !!! 💐
