The venison and sausage and the sea bass and mussels were beautifully plated as well as delicious. I had the beef stew and ponme frites, which was quite hardy. The sausages with red cabbage and “German mac and cheese” worked for us, though in hindsight might have substituted potatoes, and could have used a lot more mustard from the get go instead of needing to ask for it.
