RockCreek Seafood & Spirits is a full service restaurant and bar located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, WA. We’re open daily; serving dinner from 4pm to 10pm daily with a last seating 9pm. Joule, the first restaurant from celebrated husband and wife cooking team Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi, is re-located in October, 2012 to the innovative, newly developed the Fremont Collective in Seattle’s Wallingford/Fremont neighborhood. From its original opening in 2007, Joule has cultivated a loyal dining fan base and captured the attention of an admiring local and national media captivated by the couple’s unique, modern perspective on Korean cuisine. Flint Creek Cattle Company is a new American steak restaurant that emphasizes ethically raised beef and sustainable farm practices. The dining area is extremely wide open and spacious. The Chilean Seabass and hamachi crudo are 10/10 , the cocktails are great, and service is always excellent. The desserts are the only thing that could use some work- I have tried them all and they are in the 5/6 out of 10 range for me.

Such a lovely night and dining experience all the way around. Food and drinks were absolutely exceptional. Service - wonderful: attentive but not intrusive. Ambiance…lovely, but just a bit chilly by the front door. Looking forward to returning soon.

The ambiance and service were outstanding. The menu is well-developed and interesting. Some of the food like the burrata appetizer and the bolognese was excellent. We found the mushroom risotto and the beef short rib to be overly salty. Great drinks as well!

I ordered the moonraker roll and a soft shell crab large portions and absolutely the best soft shell crab I’ve ever had! The roll was out of control as well, The lychee martini was top notch with a fresh lychee fruit garnish
