We have been to Talus a few times. We live about 40 miles away so it’s a bit of a drive. But we were celebrating my birthday with our best friends and I chose Talus because it is always good and we were able to make a reservation. We were seated right away in a booth which was perfect as our friend Dave will be having a hip surgery soon and the booths are more comfortable. Our server, Angela, came over right away with waters and to take our drink order and explain the Valentines menu. She made our experience that much better. I had the cod which was cooked to perfection and super flaky. The potatoes served with it were excellent and the vegetable medley was delicious . Our friend Marilyn had the seafood risotto which was delicious and creamy and a very generous portion. The guys had the salmon and both said it was some of the best they have had. The Valentines special drinks were very good especially the raspberry which was so creamy and delicious. Worth the drive and we will definitely be back.

I love the oven whenever there’s a special occasion we always come 

We arrived early and asked to be seated at the bar until our table was ready. The very gracious hostess said our table was reserved for us and we could be seated at anytime. All of the wait staff were courteous, attentive and gracious. The food was out-of-this-world delicious, and the portions were generous. Thank you JTK for such a wonderful experience.
